Hi I have a question about Microsoft Access.  I working
for a new start-up company designing their databases, for
legal purposes we want to be correct, but also keep our
costs low.  What is the best way for us to run my access
program on multiple computers concurrently.  Our network
configuration is 1 server connects to 5 computers.

-Can we run it all from the server and access MS Access
installed on the server? or
-Must each computer have its own licensed version of MS
Access, to work properly?
-Is there any licensed cheap versions of Access just
access the forms and reports?
-What about using a Microsoft Access Project?
-Finally can MS Access be used as a stand alone software?

Thanks in advance ,

Mike

No
but you *will* split your database into two components. A front-end
for each workstation, and a backend that contains all the tables and
is mounted on the server.

Yes - Access must be installed on each computer. Licencing is a
separate issue -- again, each machine must have its own licenced copy.

The Office Developer's version includes a run-time that you can
distribute to as many machines as required.

????  I don't understand the question.
