I have designed a database which is used across a network
with multiple users.

The problem I am having at the moment is that back-up
files are being created automatically, and is causing some
confusion.

Could someone please tell me how I can stop this happening.

Thanks

The original file is called Cr Serv's Database. When back
ups are made _Backup is added.  So I currently have, Cr
Serv's Database, Cr Serv's Database_Backup, Cr Serv's
Database_Backup_Backup, and Cr Serv's
Database_Backup_Backup_Backup.!!!

Thanks
