Hello,

on drive s:\ is a Access Db with only tables
on drive n:\ is a Access Db with forms, modules reports etc.

from drive n:\  I edit de tables on drive s:\

when I open the Db on drive n:\ , for nobody it is possible to do edit
records

the Db is Access 2003, Windows XP

What do I wrong ??

Have you opened the db on drive n: exclusively? If so, this will prevent
everyone from opening the database. Your drive n database should reside on
each users drive c: not on drive n that everyone opens. Opening your
database this way is defeating the purpose of multiple concurrent users.

link tables  or  "SELECT * FROM Table IN s:\with only tables...etc. is the
solution

Thanks for your reply  Werner
