I know thta I need create a back end stored on the server and one client on
the local machine for multi user.

I want to know that may I use link table to server query from client app?
when user run the app that ldb file cretaed. It seems that one client app
only alow one user to run it.

Try it. You'll notice several users can open the application on their
workstations, and all connect to the same BE. Access wouldn't be very
useful if that wouldn't work.
