1st I want to thankyou for all the help. I have a computer that 3 different
people use. When I log on I can use my data base to update and export data to
excel. when the other 2 people log on they can updat the data base but they
can't export the data to excel. Is there any way to take all the protection
off this data base so that anyone can import or export data?

Assuming this is a user-level security issue, grant full permissions for all
objects to the "Users" group.
