Dear all,

I share the MDW file in the server. If the second user execute the shortcut,
there is an error message "file is already in use".
How to solve this problem ?
Thanks.

Regards,
Vensia

All users must have at least Read, Write, Delete and eXecute access to the
folder where the file exists.

I have the same situation. I have individual front-end dbs linking to
several back-end dbs. User "Everyone" has full control to the back-end db
folders and files (I have not specified every user individually). I have no
record locking. I'm stuck.
