MS Access Forum / Multiuser / Networking / March 2006Emailing multiple recipients
Hi Using Acces 2003. FE/BE split, 3 users. I need to be able to create a datafile with the name and email address of the recipient. There will be anywhere up to 2000 records in the file. Q: How can I produce a personalised email to each of these recipients (using Outlook) without causing spamming problems / sending 2000 individual emails? I am open to any suggestions as to another way around this. I just have some follow up questions. Are you suggesting that I create a file which contains the recipients, and merge that with a Word document (to get the personalised part of the criteria)? Wouldn't this result in a say 2000 page document, each page containing the single person's personalise letter? How would I then separate these and email them off?
