My idea would be that the TSI synchronizer is incompatible with Kaspersky.
As the TSI synchronizer is not a commercial product, but was freeware made
available without commitment for support, my further idea would be that you
will need to find an antivirus product that works with TSI.

My third idea is that I believe there is a newsgroup that deals specifically
with "replication" where you should ask questions on that subject...
"multiuser", in the Access world, is the case where multiple users are
concurrently connected to and using a shared set of Access datatables.

In replication, the users are not connected to and using the same data
tables, but carry both application and datatables offline, use them, and
then "synchronize" with a master set of datatables.

The TSI Synchronizer is designed to avoid stepping on other applications.

An anti-virus engine is however by definition desuigned to muck around quite
a bit. If you want to keep using them, they you should get them to fix their
problem, or else just uninstall and find an ntivirus engine that is not
allergic to the Synchronizer.....
