I have set up a user in the administrators group of her computuer so she can
update, install, etc.  She is the only user of the computer.  When logged in
under her ID, the computer says she does not have administator rights for
installing, updating, etc.

The OS is Windows 2000 Professional.

Any suggestions?

This is not a MS Access question.  This is a Windows question.

Please post it to a Windows newsgroup.

This newsgroup is for questions about multiusers of Microsoft Access (the
database application that is part of Office Professional).
