I have an access 97 database that has multi users (7-10), all were running on
windows 98 and everything was fine for a couple YEARS.

Recently another user was added who is running windows XP and I am seeing
all sorts of strange things with the database.  Frequently if the 98 users
close the database and try to reopen they receive a message that the DB needs
repaired.

I repair the database and before long the same happens again.

I had thought I had read someplace that there was a DLL I could install on
the XP box but can not remember which one or find where I saw it.

Thanks in advance for any insight!
