I am a beginner and am trying to make a MS Access database accessible to
multiple users.

Is it possible that 2 or more users input/edit the same record at the same
time?

Or, is this possible (or impossible) if the database is written with Oracle
or other softwares/languages?

I am confused on that. Please help.
Thank you very much for clarification in advance.

Hi,
2 users can easy edit same record at the same time, if you allow so. you can
control this with lock settings. look at form's Records Lock property
