MS Access - mulit user access to linked txt file

I have created a database that has a txt file linked to
it. Only one user at
a time can access the linked file through a query or open
on the file.
Nothing is locked, everything is shared. Any ideas?

As far as I know, you can't have multi-user linked text table.

You might try setting everything read only, but for all purposes...a linked
txt file for multiple users is not very workable.

I don't know the origin of the text file...but importing into ms-access
would be a possible solution here...
