3 levels of permissions to same Access Database

How can I create 3 levels of permission for 3 people in my
office to the MS Access 02 database.

The owner needs to maintain a private table too.
The admin is the next.
The receptionist is the last level of permission
(lowest/least control)

Hoping to get replies.

You need to implement User-Level Security.  Do a search there are links to
the instructions all over these news groups.  Lynn trapp just posted a link
to her webpage a few minutes ago in the "security" newsgroup....
