50 different databases

I have a master database of employees. What I need to do is to automate the
creation of 50 different databases with only the data for each of those 50
individual managers contained in their private database. They will then fill
out employee reviews. After that they will return their private database back
to me. I then need to automate the merging of that data back into my master
database. Any ideas on the easiest way to approach this would be most
appreciated.

Partial replication may be useful in this scenario.  See Access help for
replication.
