problem with mouse scroll wheel

My database data entry forms have the navigation button property set to no,
however if a user uses the scroll wheel on their mouse, they can view
previously entered data which I can't have, it will compromise my data.  I
have a form for changing data that retains the integrity of the information.  
Is there a way to lock the form so the scroll wheel on the mouse does not
display previously entered data?  Thanks so much for your help.

Hi SITCFanTN,
use Stephan Lebans dll to turn on and off the mouse wheel. It works very well.
