how i build a database it can comunicate with a check reader

i deed to make a database it can comunicate with a magtek micr reader i need
help.

You may want to discuss this question with the manufacturers of the magtek
micr reader. It doesn't seem to bear directly upon Microsoft Access - if the
reader can send a text string to a program (the check information) then the
program will need to read it, but how that happens and the format of the text
string is something only Magtek can answer.
