I do not want to be asked to save the file everytime

Do While Not rst.EOF
   path = rst!filepath
   Set objDoc = objWord.Documents.Add(path & ".rpt")
   Call FormatWord(objWord, objDoc)
   objWord.ActivePrinter = "ScanSoft PDF Create!"
   objDoc.PrintOut False, False, wdPrintAllDocument, path & ".pdf"
   objDoc.Close False
   rst.MoveNext
Loop

It works unitl this line
  objDoc.PrintOut False, False, wdPrintAllDocument, path & ".pdf"
Then the PDF Converter Professional asks me to save the file but the PATH
has the file name and where I want the file saved.

How do I by pass the PDF save Prompt box

Thanks in advance.

It sounds as though the problem is with PDF Converter Professional, not
Access.

You could either contact them and see if they have a solution, or you could
change what you're using to generate the PDF files. For instance, check out
the free utility Stephen Lebans has at http://www.lebans.com/reporttopdf.htm

You can change this in the "Adobe PDF" printing preferences (as in Control
Panel/Printers). On the tab "Adobe PDF Settings" change the "Adobe PDF Output
Folder" from Prompt for Adobe PDF filename to a folder of your choice. Then
all the .pfd's wil go into that folder.
