Is there any way to have 2 separate table that have roughly the same data
(one heading in common) and sort the second table by the parameters of the
first?

I would guess that there is, but to explain how to do it in your circumstance
would require a lot more information - such as how the tables are related,
what the "paramters" are, and what you mean by "roughly the same data" (given
that they have only one field in common).
