I'm trying to clear check boxes when I finish printing a report... any ideas?

Are the checkboxes located on a form? You can use the Report's Close event
(occurs when the report closes after printing) to set the values of the
checkboxes to False, or you could do this in the form's code right after the
DoCmd.OpenReport action:

Forms!NameOfForm!CheckBoxName1.Value = False
Forms!NameOfForm!CheckBoxName21.Value = False
