When I tried to creat an MDE file from Access 2003, I get an error message
saying that my database is too big. So, how can I secure my database, so no
body can access the forms design, the modules and the queries?
thanks a lot, Lina

I've never seen that error message.  Perhaps the online Help explained "this
is often caused by too many Table ID's"?  If so, that excuse is almost always
a red herring.  Check the "Can't make an MDE!" checklist on the following Web
page to help you determine why you can't create the MDE database:

An MDE will not secure your database.  It will remove the VBA source code
and make it difficult to alter forms and reports, but users can still access
the designs of forms, reports and queries.  If you want to prevent them from
doing this, you must implement User-Level Security.  For more information,
