Greetings All,

I have found several questions in this forum that almost answer my question,
but…

I have a subform set up as a continuous form.  There is not a direct
connection between the parent form to the subform (no common field) but if I
can capture the VALUE of the first field (Field0) of the selected record AND
the Field Name of the selected data point in the record (Cell ?) I can
construct an SQL Where clause and use that to select an appropriate record
for the main form.

Sorry for the messy description… an analogy to what I am looking for:  if
the continuous form was a spreadsheet, I would want to get the ROW and COLUMN
of the selected cell.

Any help is appreciated in advance.

OK... never mind.  This is like the forrest and the trees.  I got it.  I
guess it was too easy.
