help with HTML

I would like to transfer a query as HTML by providing the user a command
button on a menu, I need to do the transfer with on click. Can some one help.

The Query By Form applet found at
http://www.rogersaccesslibrary.com/OtherLibraries.asp#Hookom,Duane has a
method for sending a query to HTML.
