Saving to a different drive

I have a "master" copy of a database on a shared network drive.  Each profit
center needs to get a separate copy of the database and put it on a local
drive.  This will enable them to keep their information separate from the
other profit centers.

I have tried to walk several people through copy / paste with much
difficulty.  Is there an easy way for me to create a custom menu or button to
automatically save a copy of the database for them?  Any suggestions would be
appreciated.  Thanks for the help.........

On the other hand, co-ordinating the data would be much easier with a
single database and a suitable security management so that each centre can
only see its own data.

Just a thought....
