I'm making a small database for an investment company. What they would like
is that at the end of the month, they press a button and a statement would be
emailed to each investor in their database.

I understand this would need to be done through outlook. What I am looking
for is the code sample of this. I want to have an option to email 1 investor
or all investors in the database. I am doing google searches but anything
with email and access gives everything but what I am looking for.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thank you in advance.

Ok, I got this to work but after each email I get a window that pops up and
says, "A program is trying to automatically send email on your behalf. Do you
want to allow this?

Then it asks for a yes/no answer after a couple of seconds. At 1100
investors, this would take a while to do this way? Is there any way to stop
this window from poping up?
