HELP!!!  Switchboard Error

I recently developed a simple Access database for a small company.  All the
previous trial versions of the database I sent the company worked.  The final
version is not working for some reason.  I can open the database perfectly on
2-3 different computers but for some reason, none of that company's computers
can open it.  Here is the message the person gets when trying to access items
from the main switchboard:

"The expression On Click you entered as the event property setting produced
the following error: The expression you entered has a function name that
Microsoft Office Access can't find.  *The expression may not result in the
name of a macro, the name of a user-defined function, or [Event Procedure].
*There may have been an error evaluation the function, event, or marco."

The switchboard seems to fun off a table and nothing else.  I can access
everything every time I go into the database.  Is there something wrong with
the database itself?  Or that company's computers where the database is being
opened on?  Please help!  The only thing I did different from the trial
versions and the final version is that I compacted and repaired the database
so that all the counters would reset.  If that's what causing this problem,
please provide a solution.  The thing I don't understand is that the database
works perfectly on other computers too, not just the one I developed the
database on.  Could there be a problem with that company's version of Access
and it's wizards?  Please advise.

This is most likely a Reference Problem.  The computers that are having the
problem may be running a different version of Window, or the same version
with a different service pack, or a different version of Office or Access.
Any of these can cause library reference problems.
Open the VB Editor on one of the computers where it is not working.  Click
on Tools-->References.  Look for any that say *missing*.  You will probably
have to reestablish these references.
