Chances are good that someone has written a program, sometime, somewhere, in
some language, that deals with the same subject area. The Internet Search
Engine of your choice would be a good place to start -- Google and Yahoo are
two popular ones, but there are many others that people like, particularly
for specialized searching. A newsgroup dealing with the business topic, not
the programming tool you are using, might be another.

If you just want lots of "utility" code that deals with various issues like
using Windows API, reading and writing records, etc., search for "code
libraries". There was recently a post on that subject in another newsgroup
and the only one that was mentioned _for Access_ was FMS, Inc's
SourceBook... http://www.fmsinc.com.
