Dear all,
I am designing a database supporting survey questionnaire. Some of my
questions are multiple choices. I am noticed that if each option is
corresponded to a field in a table then, my table might up to more than 200
fields.

My question is how I could have multiple choice for option group or
something else.

Thank u!!!

Duane Hookom has a sample survey database you can download and see how to
make this work.

For Acess 2000 and later:

Access 97 version:
