Run-Time Error

Hi,  I am getting a very frustrating error that occurs every time I switch
between “Design View” and “Form View”.  My form has a Sub-Form which at this
time does nothing.  Also, my form contains VB code which opens and closed the
database.  I verified that the database is being closed correctly.

The run-time error message is: "The database has been placed in a state by
the user 'Admin' on machine .... that prevents it from being opened or
locked.”

Also, as far as I know, I have updated my system will all the latest SP and
downloads. Does anyone have any suggestions of how to solve this issue?
