How can I create a scrollable embeded picture on a form?
The space allowed on the form will not allow showing the
full picture.  I would like to be able to scroll the
picture.

Create a Form to be used as a SubForm and place an Image control on the
Form. Size the form and the control to whatever the max extents of any
single image will be.

After creating the SubForm and placing a large Image in
it (It will exceed the size of the control). I would like
to add scroll bar to the SubForm so someone can scroll
around the large image.

Thanks for answering my request.
