How do I record log in activites? When a user makes a change i want to be
able to see the original document and the changed document, How long they
were using the program.

Access does not provide logging for you. Provided all your changes are made
through a form, you can use the events of the form to achieve this, but you
will need to be comfortable with VBA code and SQL statements.
