Is there a way to show progress (progress bar?) when doing something from
access that may take some time. I need to connect to an ODBC data base and
use a pass through query to gather data before I run a make table query in
access.

At times the query will take a couple of minutes and I am not sure if I am
locked up or just slow. (previous post - trying again...)

thanks.

So how can I tie the progress bar to the execution of the query itself
