Is there a way of designing a macro that would pull from an excel spreadsheet
to populate a meeting on my calendar?

Very Thankful

Probably, but it's doubtful that you'll get the answer here, in a newsgroup
that's dedicated to Macros in Access, the database product that's part of
Office Professional. I'd suggest reposting your question in a newsgroup
related to Outlook, or one related to Excel.
