Hello.
I have a macro with the TransferSpreadsheet action to
import a file to a table.
This macro sometimes runs well other times returns the
following error:
"Run time error 3274 - External table isn't in the
expected format"

Since there is no change in the external file, why does
this happen?

Thanks

Did a quick search on Microsoft's Knowledge Base and found the following
articles (one may apply to your situation):

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;200431&Product=acc

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;142473&Product=acc

Also, there have been posts in the past about this type of
error....uninstalling and reinstalling Office has sometimes fixed them.
Problem may be with the MSEXCLxx.dll driver file.
