I have a form called Schedule that outlines the details of the clients
activites.  Within this form, I created a command button "Open Invoice".  I
am having difficulties figuring out how to connect the fields in the Invoice
to the Schedule so the records automatically populate.
Any assistance is appreciated.

How is anyone else supposed to know this? We don't know anything about how
your tables are used or their relationship(s).
You might want to open the Northwind.mdb and see how they "connect the
fields" between the Orders and Orders details.
