Hi,

we are using third party software, which uses Access
database.

This software is not working in the system, which OS is
windows XP home edition with MS Office 2003 Basic edition
is installed.

Iam getting the following error:
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Cannot open
database ‘(unknown)’. It may not be a database that your
application recognizes, or the file may be corrupt

I tried installaing latest MDAC2.8 also, but no use.
can I get any help for the above problem.

Thanks,
Narendra.

Narendra,

Have you contacted the 3rd party vendor?

Jake
