Excel 2003 Stopped Working

After Starting Excel 2003 today, all functions of the program are "Greyed
Out" and I can't edit or create anything anymore.  Please update me ref to
what is causing the problem & how to Fix it. Thanks....jfullbrigh@aol.com

Hi

have you activated your version of excel - Help / Activate Product.

BTW this is a group for the database program Access ... you'ld be better off
asking excel questions in one of the excel groups, e.g.
microsoft.public.excel
microsoft.public.excel.misc
or
microsoft.public.excel.newusers
