how do I find news account configuration ?

I am trying to email a letter from my doc. folder, however when i press send
i get a message saying can not find sender go to news account configuration

Cal,
This newsgroup deals with Access, a Microsoft database development
application. Try posting this question to an appropriate newsgroup. (you
don't indicate what mail application you're using)
