how do i save a picture in a word document to a jpg file

i have copied a picture from the internet (it has copy right on it) into a
word document, however i need to save the picture as a picture file (jpg ). I
have only managed to paste it in to Art but this changes the picture. thankyou

Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access.

Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup, probably one of the Word
newsgroups or one for the image editor software that you are using.

Note that copyright *does* mean that you may not use this picture
without the artist's permission.
