I have an Access data base that is shared by computers using Access 2000,
2002, and XP 2003. I want to print the Relationship flow chart but no matter
which computer I open the data base from, it isn't available on the
File/Print menu choice. The report wizard doesn't offer the relationship flow
chart, only tables and queries. What do I do?

Hi Brad

go into the relationship window itself (tools / relationships) and look
under the file menu item

The printer, cut, copy, and paste buttons on the toolbar are available, along
with the choices from the menu bar. Another data base I use is able to print,
but this one isn't. Thank you for your help.

Tools>Relationships should bring up the chart.
When it is onscreen (and only when it is onscreen), "Print Relationships..."
should be an option on the File menu.

Is this not what you are experiencing?

With the relationship window open, showing the flowchart, the print choices
both on the toolbar and through the menu bar are grayed out.

It's available for me, using Access 2002.
If all else fails, show the relationships on screen.
Then press Shift + Print Screen.
This will copy the display to the clipboard.
Paste it into a Word document. Print that.

If you get more screen than you want, paste it into any picture
editor, i.e. MS Print, or MS Photo Editor, and crop out what you don't
want.
