Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access.
Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup, such as one for the Kodak
picture program.
Or, consider using a third-party graphics conversion program such as
Irfanview (www.irfanview.com).

How about someone answer the persons question instead of
pretending to be a newsgroup cop. The person asked a
question, cant anyone be nice enough or less anal enough
to answer it.
To the originator, although you are in the wrong
newsgroup, i will be less anal than most and try and help
you. Try opening up the "JPG" in another graphics
program and choose "Save As" and then select JPG as the
format....otherwise check your preferences settings in
your Kodak program to make sure your JPG file save as
settings look ok.
