how do I change the name that appears at the top off my e mails?

i have just started a new job and taken over someones computer, they have set
me up an e mail account, in my own name but when I send an e mail it still
shows the other persons name at the top... How can I change this ?

You've ended up at a newsgroup that focuses on how to get started with
Microsoft Access.  Perhaps there's a more appropriate newsgroup for your
