Is there anyway to set up page breaks in access reports. I would like to
print off all people who would like a course and send this to their
department. I would therefore like each department to be on a seperate
page.

use your grouping and sorting to include department as a group. Include a
group footer. In the footer, drag the "page break" icon from your toolbox
into that footer.
