I am starting a new Medical transcription business and am looking for less
strokes.  A template that will be used over again by filling in the blanks.
Is there such an item?

I guess you're planning to use Microsoft Word. This newsgroup is for
Microsoft Access database software.

There's lots of information on Word at http://word.mvps.org including
help on making your own templates. Other useful Word features are
Autocorrect and Autotext, which let you create abbreviations for common
words and phrases.
