The page will not displayed when I try to go to a secure site . It just says
this page can not be displayed. Does anyone have any ideas and how  to
configure or reconfigure thh settings? I have Windows XP home edition

Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access.

Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup, one for your particular
version of Internet Explorer.
