I want to learn how to print off a list of the mail merge recipinets to save
having to keep copies of each letter on file- have tried office help and all
my colleagues no one knows in office 2003

Where are the records stored? If they are in Access, just build a simple
report and print it.

Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access.
Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup, one for the EMail program
you're using (Outlook? Outlook Express? Something else?)
