OK how can i make  a spreed sheet and do this: WE are having a contest that
basically on a weekly, sometimes daily basis. You earn a certain amount of
points depending on your guess's per question. Im looking for an easy way of
doing this. Where as i can just plug in the points they got for that day and
it automatically adds then to the pervious entry? Does this make sense to
anyone LOL.

If you question is about a spreadsheet in Excel, you should repost your
question to one of the relevant Excel newsgroups.

This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access, a database application.
