Anyone have any samples on how to do this. I am making my own music
collection database and would love to implement a feature where I
don't have to type everything in. I have some files from FreeDB which
are basically ative x and I have no idea how to go about using them.

If you can get the data in your files into a textfile, dbf format or into
Excel, it's a simple matter to go from any of those into Access.

I haven't tried this but freedb.org may have some info.
