In MSAccess I am  creating  a new project from an exciting one i like  to be
able to transfer some of my fields to my new  project.

If you want to copy fields, open a table in design mode, select the fields,
then copy and paste them into a new table/database.  If you want to copyt
the value/contents of a field, you will need to copy and paste the entire
record, then delete the fields you don't want.
