how can i convera an access file (.mdb) to an executable file (.exe)

Access cannot, as far as I know, be converted to an .exe file ... but you
can convert an Access db to an .mde file (see Tools, Database Utilities,
Make MDE ...

For this .mde file to run on another computer, you will also have to have
and distribute the Access Runtime -- you get this and the license by
purchasing the Developer Edition.
