As an IOMG/MIS student I take database classes, I need a copy of ACCESS.
There is a $50 difference between Office Small Business and Office Pro, of
which ACCESS is the main item added to Pro.  As a student with a version of
Office Student/Teacher I would like to be able to get ACCESS for a similar
price.

Microsoft used to have Student prices for virtually all products they sell.

Take a look at http://www.microsoft.com/education/HowToBuyStudents.aspx
